A D A M S L A K E H O U S I N G D E P A R T M E N T

Objective:
To provide and maintain modest housing through CMHC and other funding sources for all eligible band members.
To manage the housing program within the Adams Lake Band guidelines.

H O U S I N G C O M M I T T E E

Housing Committee is comprised of 7 elected band members to oversee and direct the safe and effective delivery and operation of all on-reserve housing by following Adams Lake Band approved policies.

R E N O V A T I O N S A N D C O N S T R U C T I O N

Renovations and New Construction
The Adams Lake Band has several programs that can be accessed for renovations and new construction through Canada Mortgage and Housing, Indian and Northern Affairs and through the Band's On-Reserve Housing Loan program through an approved financial institution.

P R O P E R T Y M A N A G E M E N T

The Housing Department oversees the day to day management of over 75 units. This includes operations, maintenance repairs and leasing.
