To provide and maintain administrative band buildings, water pump houses, sewage lift stations, community fire hydrants, road contruction and maintenance and most public facility functions for the Band.  
To manage the Public works  program within all ALIB, INAC, and CMHC guidelines.

  The Public Works Department, since the 1970's, has been connected to the Village of Chase Sewage system. This system is maintained by the Public Works Department. The Band has installed a remote monitoring system (SCADA) to provide early warning for sewage system maintenance issues.
